• “PRUHero Game” is organized by Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance (“PCLA”) and the campaign period is from 11 November 2024 to 23:59 (Cambodia time) on 11 January 2025. 
• By participating in this campaign, participants agree to all Terms & Conditions of the campaign given on this page and acknowledge that Prudential Cambodia has the right to use the entries of participants in personal details and publicity materials in relation to the campaign. No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Cambodia to protect the privacy of participants. • Winners will be announced on 11 January 2025 on Prudential Cambodia Facebook Page and PCLA will also notify by email/phone call to the winners’ registered mobile number/Email address. 
• If a winner is uncontactable within 1 months after the winner announcement on Prudential Cambodia Facebook Page, he/she will be disqualified without any further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited. 
• Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, or resold. Images of the prizes in campaign visuals are reference only and the color and shape of the prizes may be different. No brand or organization is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Cambodia. 
• Prudential Cambodia is not the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes under this campaign and is not the agent of the manufacturer/supplier. Prudential Cambodia will not be responsible or liable for any consequence relating to the quality, supply, delivery, and the use of the prizes. 
• The use of the prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. 
• Prudential Cambodia will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the prize. 
• All staff members, contracted employees, sales representatives, Sale Agent, and Individual Insurance Agent of Prudential Cambodia shall not participate in this campaign. 
• In the event of any dispute, only Prudential Cambodia has full authority, and the decision made by Prudential Cambodia will be final and binding. 
• Prudential Cambodia has the right to amend, change or add to the existing terms & conditions or cancel / modify the campaign at any time without giving prior notice to the participants. 
• For cancelling the enrollment/withdrawal from the campaign or any further information, please contact our hotline 1800212223. 
• All the winners will ask to come and pick up the prize at Prudential Cambodia headquarter with no later than 1 month from the winner announcement.

• Prudential is not the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes under the contest and is not the agent of the manufacturer/supplier. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for any consequence relating to the quality, supply, delivery, and the use of the prizes. 
• The use of the prizes is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the individual manufacturer/supplier. 
• Prudential assumes no liability or responsibility for any defects, quality, or any other aspects of this campaign(including but not limited to the quality, supply, delivery, and the use of the prize);  the acts or defaults of the merchants and/or service providers, and for any loss, injury, loss of life, claim, or damage, or consequences whatsoever or for any charges, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a result of the redemption or utilization of the prize or in connection with this campaign.
