Step 1

Please link your policy on Pulse App (If you already linked your policy, please continue to Step 2) 

• Go to Pulse App 
• Go to "PRUServices"
• Click on Link Policy
• Input policies to be linked
• Click on "Continue" button 
• Input OTP
• DONE. 

Step 2

• Go to Pulse App 
• Go to "PRUServices"
• Link a Policy if not done by following Step 1 as stated above.
• Select Policies to be paid
• Click on “Pay Premium”
• Select the choice to receive OTP and input the correct OTP
• Click “PROCEED”
• Select the bank option to pay
• Input account details
• PAY. DONE.

• Go to ACLEDA App
• Go to Payment
• Go to Insurance Bill
• Go to Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance PLC
• Select the account to pay and input existing Policy or Application Number
• Input Amount
• Click Pay
• Verify PO Name in the confirmation screen
• Confirm

• Go to Wing App
• Go to Bill Payment
• Go to Insurance
• Search for “Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance PLC (USD)”
• Select the account to pay and input Policy or Application Number
• Amount to be paid will be populated
• Click “Pay”
• Verify PO Name in the confirmation screen
• Confirm

• Go to ABA App
• Go to Payment
• Go to Insurance
• Go to “Prudential Cambodia”
• Select the account to pay and input Policy or Application Number
• The amount to be paid will be populated
• Click “Pay Now”
• Verify PO Name in the confirmation screen
• Confirm

• You can pay your life insurance premium to Prudential Cambodia through Sathapana, you must have:

      - Sathapana Bank Account

      - Sathapana application on your device

You can pay your life insurance premium to Prudential Cambodia through Sathapana Mobile by following the steps below:

• STEP 1: Open Sathapana Mobile App
• STEP 2: Choose “Payments”
• STEP 3: Enter your “ Password”
• STEP 4: Choose “Insurance”
• STEP 5: Choose “Prudential Cambodia”
• STEP 6: Input Application/Policy Number
• STEP 7: Input the Payment Amount
• STEP 8: Select your account
• STEP 9: Press the “Next” button
• STEP 9: Please review the information again before pressing “CONFIRM”
• STEP 9: Enter your “Password” again to confirm the transaction
