- The lucky draw registration is valid in the Policy Owner’s birthday month only.
- The lucky draw is only valid for all the customers who are policy owner who has birth month in January and February.
- Customers must link their policy with the Telegram bot during the campaign period to be eligible.
- Customers who have already linked their policy number on our Telegram bot are automatically eligible for the campaign lucky draw.
- The lucky draw event will be hosted every month on Facebook.
- This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- The lucky draw is not valid with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other promotional rates unless otherwise stated.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other items of equivalent value. The validity period of the prize redemption is non-extendable. Prudential will be under no obligation to replace or make any payment for the value of any prize that is not redeemed.
- The delivery of the prize will be done within 4 weeks after the lucky draw event is finished.
- The prizes will be valid and given to the winner only if the policy is in force.
- Prudential reserves the right to withdraw the winner's right if the policy falls under lapse mode.
