Terms & Conditions
“Connect & Win Big” is organized by Prudential Cambodia Life Insurance. The campaign period covers the period from 21 October 2024 to 21 January 2025 23:59 (Khmer time), both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”). By participating in the campaign, you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Campaign given on this page.
The winners will be announced on the Prudential Cambodia Facebook and LinkedIn.
- All issued policies are eligible to win the prizes.
- Applicable only for annual and semi-annual premium payment modes.
- Only customers who join and link their policy during the campaign are eligible to win the prizes.
- Only traditional policies can link their policy with telegram bot.
- Customer with more than one policy has more chances of winning the prizes during a lucky draw.
At the time of winners’ announcement, winners must be valid users of Prudential Cambodia Telegram Bot and connected their Policies (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice.
Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of winners again after the publication of the results. Winners will be selected based on the Live Lucky Draw Session.
Results of the participants (including winners’ full name and the last 3 digits of winners’ mobile number) will be notified through registered mobile/ email address.
Prudential will notify by email/ SMS/ Telegram to the winner’s registered mobile number/email address in the Telegram Policy linkage, individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other items of equivalent value, nor valid to use with or exchange for other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other promotional rates unless stated otherwise. Prizes must be collected at Prudential Head office during the specified prize collection period (within 1 months after the campaign).
If a winner does not collect nor timely collect/receive the prize for any reason within 1 months after the campaign, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited.
Prudential may at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof or being liable to any person, (i) suspend, cancel or terminate this campaign, or (ii) delete, vary, supplement, amend, modify any one or more of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
Decisions made by Prudential Cambodia will be final and binding in this regard. Prudential Cambodia reserves the right to contact you using email or Phone number for further engagement activities. < All the Prizes Brand Name > is not a sponsor of the Connect & Win Big campaign nor is it involved in the contest in any manner.
No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Cambodia to protect the privacy of participants without prior permission.

How can I claim the Grand Prize?
Grand Prize winners will be announced on 21 January 2025 at the end of the campaign. We will get in touch with them to verify their details. Prizes will be shipped or asked to the confirmed user accounts during the verification process.
How will I know that I am the winner in this campaign?
We will announce the winners on our Prudential Cambodia Facebook/LinkedIn page for monthly Winners and Grand Prize at the end of the Campaign. Winners will be notified by Phone/Telegram to the winner’s registered mobile number, name, and policy number individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes.
